Pilates provides the client with exercise strategies that incorporate combinations of using one’s own body weight as well as progressive resistance from equipment. Every exercise and every session compilation utilizes whole body movements to give you optimal gains from your fitness regimen. Sessions are customized to individual fitness goals and physical assessments.

In addition to Pilates, Carolyn is studying and teaching experiential anatomy and movement imagery for improved body function in sports, fitness and life pursuits.
